Saturday Charles held the second bike session at the taz since it’s opening. Back in the day at the old taz there would be a bmx session every last saturday of every month from 9-midnight. They were always sick sessions and Charles is trying to bring those back to life. This saturday was pretty sick. Although there were alot more big wheel bikes than I remember the old taz having, one thing that hasn’t changed is Max Vincent. He would kill the old taz and he is already killing the new one. He icepicked the sky, I seriously never thought that icepick was possible, and did a bunch of crazy shit throughout the night. Ben Kauffman came down from Ottawa and was killing the place as well. I’m almost positive it was his first time riding the place and he rode as though he had ridden the place for a year. He did a bunch of retarded stuff at speed, including a pegs to hard whip on the flat rail. It was nuts. Dill was shredding too, he busted out a 540 barspin over the spine and a 540 barspin on the box jump to cab whip into the landing, amongst other crazy stuff. It was a good time.
