Sorry for the lack of updates, november is a boring month. I’ve been editing a bunch, MTL dudes have been riding outside and hitting the Taz. Were going to d a few bike checks in the coming weeks, here’s Gergy’s:
“This is my bike It is a Federal D-Watt$ 20.75 and it is heat-treated. It has Federal Battle grips, bar ends, 20/20 high bars. There are Green forks… they we’re suppose to be translucent gold, but heat-treating transformed the gold colour into an army green so thats the story there. Moving on. The front wheel is nice. She’s been runnin strong for a while. Demolition mary-kate with the hub guard. One federal chromoly peg on the right side. Rare side here in Montreal. Federal traction tire 2.1 on a Sun Ringle Rhyno-lite. The seat is a Federal slim, black logo, with the stumpy post… Redline bottom bracket, which i finally figured out was missing a spacer on the inside, after riding all summer on loose cranks just because if i tightened them to much they would not spin. Those are Eclat two piece cranks by the way, with Eclat plastic pedals, which are pretty awesome. The sprocket is 30t federal light with a KMC Z-Chain rolling around it, which goes to the 9t driver on the left hand side of my new Wethepeople Supreme hub, laced to a Alienation Delinquent rim with another Federal traction tire. Thats my bike… I will go ride it at UAB after i eat these onion rings, with some friends.” Greg Flag
